A quiet room
for builders.

A private community for founders, operators and investors who think in decades. No stages. No noise. Just the people you would want beside you at the table.

Sofia · Vienna · London
Why we exist

Why does Builders Circle exist?

Because the people who build something that lasts rarely have anyone to talk to about it.

Every country is full of conferences, accelerators and networks promising access. Few of them offer what a founder actually needs — a room of peers where the mask can come off.

We created Builders Circle for those who no longer need another panel or another coffee with a stranger. For founders who have lived through the winters. For operators who have let go of people they love. For investors who write cheques from their own pocket.

The most important conversations in a life still happen between a handful of people, behind a closed door, without cameras.

We are building the community we ourselves wanted to find — and could not.

II · Who we are

We are not a club.

  • We are not a networking organisation.
  • We are not an accelerator.
  • We are not an investment fund.
  • We are not another business community.

We are a trusted circle in which founders build long-term relationships — grounded in trust, generosity and shared experience.

Beyond business

The Quiet Room

Behind every company is a person carrying decisions, responsibility and questions that are rarely shared openly.

The Quiet Room is a place for the conversations that never reach the stage, social media or the boardroom.

III · Manifesto

— The founders of Builders Circle

We believe the most important conversations still happen in small rooms.

Building something that lasts is a lonely craft. The louder the world becomes, the harder it is to hear yourself think — and harder still to find people who understand the weight of what you carry.

Builders Circle exists for those people. Founders who have signed the personal guarantee. Operators who have shipped through the winter. Investors who write their own cheques. We gather in private, without cameras, without agendas, without performance.

We are not a network. We are a room of peers, quietly helping each other build something worth remembering.

We do not grow at any cost. We do not scale what should not be scaled. We do not measure ourselves in followers, but in long friendships, in honest conversations, in decisions made a little more wisely because there was someone to think them through with.

IV · Principles

Six principles.
Nothing more.

  • 01

    Trust before all

Every conversation stays in the room. Discretion is not a policy, it is a precondition.

  • 02

    Generosity as default

Introductions freely made. Advice freely given. The ledger is long and unspoken.

  • 03

    Long-term thinking

We invest in relationships that will outlast the current company, the current cycle, the current decade.

  • 04

    Excellence, quietly

We are drawn to craft, precision and restraint. Substance is louder than noise.

  • 05

    Collaboration over competition

No zero-sum games at this table. A rising member raises the room.

  • 06

    Builders helping builders

No consultants, no coaches, no spectators. Only those who have built are invited to advise.

V · The Table

Twelve seats.
One long table.

A few times each year, in a private room in Sofia, Vienna or London, we set a table for twelve. No talks. No slides. A single question, a long dinner, and the kind of conversation you can only have among peers. The table is one way the community gathers — but the community lives all year.

VI · Membership

Membership is earned.
It is not purchased.

You do not subscribe your way into Builders Circle. Membership is a considered, human process — a conversation, a reference, an invitation. If it is the right time and the right person, a seat at the table follows.

  1. I

    Application

Write to us in person. Tell us briefly what you are building and who knows your work. There is no form with dropdowns.

  2. II

    Conversation

A single, unhurried conversation. We are listening for character, craft and intent — not titles and metrics.

  3. III

    Invitation

If the room is right, an invitation follows. Discreet. Personal. No packages, no tiers, no prices.

  4. IV

    Belonging

You take your seat. What happens after that stays between you and the people around you — for years to come.

VII · In closing

Great companies are built by people.

Great builders are built together.

VIII · The invitation

If this sounds
like your table,
we would like to meet you.

Tell us, briefly, what you are building and who knows your work. We read every note personally and reply within two weeks.
